Ann is someone who knows the importance of an effective massage.
With over 15 years of competitive sport behind her, Ann has first hand knowledge of the demands of balancing training, full-time work and living an active life. She continues to experience the benefits of regular massage in maintaining good health.
As a full-time student/athlete in Canada, Ann represented her university in rowing and volleyball. In addition, she rowed for the Ottawa Rowing Club and during this time competed in international regattas including the Head of The Charles and Canadian Henley.
After completing her degree in Psychology, she left for Australia and attended Griffith University where she earned a Graduate Diploma in Education. While at Griffith she competed at the Australian University Games, representing in volleyball.
As a specialist Massage Therapist, Ann holds a Bachelor of Health Studies in Massage and Neuromuscular Therapy, Diplomas in Clinical Neuromuscular Therapy and Massage and Clinical Sports Therapy, and a Diploma in Therapeutic Massage.
She has over 10 years experience in the field and more than 3000 hours of training including anatomy and physiology, nutrition, sports injury, exercise physiology, orthopaedic testing, specialist massage therapy techniques, and soft tissue treatment.
Ann has a passion for helping others maintain their health and perform at their best. Her background, education, and experience all combine with her understanding and friendly nature to assist her in offering quality massage.
